QuestionWe used to have many teams with sub-teams. We now have 15 teams. How many Team Assignment Documents should we create?
AnswerEach of the 15 teams should create one Team Assignment Document (TAD). It should include each initiative for which that team is responsible. Select from the list of 78 program initiatives and add other initiatives if applicable. Each initiative should have at least one line on the TAD that includes inputs, outputs, and outcomes.
